KS1 Teacher – Prep School, Bath Location: Bath, Somerset Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Competitive About the School This prestigious independent prep school in Bath offers a stimulating and inclusive learning environment . About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring KS1 Teacher to join the team full-time and permanently . You will deliver engaging lessons in Years 1–2 , foster a positive classroom culture , and contribute to the wider life of the school . Key Responsibilities: Planning and delivering high-quality KS1 lessons Supporting pupils’ literacy, numeracy, and personal development Maintaining accurate assessment records and monitoring pupil progress Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and maintain consistency Participating in extracurricular activities and school events Candidate Profile: We are looking for a teacher who is passionate, nurturing, and inspiring , with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff. Creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to high-quality teaching are essential.
