Your Role as a KS2 Teacher As our new KS2 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for Year 3 to Year 6 students that cater to their diverse learning needs. Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active participation and a love for learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help them achieve their best. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and collaboration. Contribute to school-wide initiatives and events, enhancing the overall learning experience for our students. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Significant experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a track record of improving student outcomes. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
