The successful candidate will combine excellent subject knowledge with the ability to motivate students and support colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Drama department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Develop and implement an engaging, ambitious Drama curriculum across KS3–KS4 (and KS5 where applicable). Support, mentor, and inspire colleagues within the department. Monitor student progress, assessment, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Promote extracurricular Drama activities, including productions and performances.
