The Role As PA to the Bursar, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support across finance, estates and operational functions. You will manage sensitive information, coordinate meetings and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Bursar’s office. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing complex diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings • Preparing briefing documents, reports and presentation materials • Taking accurate minutes at finance and operations meetings • Handling confidential correspondence and documentation • Acting as a liaison between the Bursar, senior leaders, governors and external contractors • Supporting procurement and contract administration processes • Coordinating compliance documentation and audit preparation You will work closely with the finance and estates teams, ensuring communication is efficient and professional.
