Administration Department: The Administration Department is the backbone of the school’s operations. As the School Administrator, you will be at the heart of communication, organisation, and daily coordination. The department oversees attendance monitoring, parental communication, student records, safeguarding documentation, reception duties, internal and external correspondence, and logistical coordination. The team is composed of administrative officers, attendance staff, receptionists, and a senior admin manager. Together, they ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the school. The department is known for its warm, professional atmosphere, where staff members support one another and share best practice. High standards of communication, confidentiality, and time management are essential. Your daily responsibilities will include managing emails and phone enquiries, producing letters and reports, updating student records on systems such as SIMS or Arbor, coordinating meetings, supporting events, and welcoming guests.
