About the Role: Deliver engaging and rigorous Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics. Develop and implement challenging lesson plans that foster deep conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and mathematical reasoning. Assess student progress through regular assessments, providing detailed and insightful feedback to support their advanced learning. Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum and participate in extracurricular mathematics competitions and enrichment activities. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics, with a strong academic background in the subject. Extensive experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level, including A-Level and ideally Further Mathematics. A deep understanding of advanced mathematical concepts and effective pedagogical approaches for high-achieving students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and challenge able mathematicians.
