Role: French Teacher As a French Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire students in their study of the French language and culture. You will support students in developing a well-rounded understanding of French grammar, literature, and society. Your role will include: Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and meaningful French lessons to students of various age groups. Encouraging students to develop fluency and confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and listening in French. Supporting students in their academic development, providing guidance and assistance when needed. Organizing and participating in cultural events and language exchanges. Contributing to the development of the French curriculum. Participating in the assessment and monitoring of student progress in French. Ensuring the effective delivery of the French syllabus. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment within the Modern Languages department. Key Qualities We Are Looking For: A strong passion for the French language and culture, and a desire to inspire students. A recognized teaching qualification in French, or equivalent. Experience in teaching French to secondary-aged students is highly desirable. A passion for developing young people academically and culturally. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of an innovative and collaborative team. Experience with language trips and cultural exchanges is beneficial.
