About the Role: Deliver engaging and differentiated Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, following the national curriculum and school schemes of work. Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities, utilizing a variety of teaching resources and strategies. Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to guide their learning. Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and initiatives. Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment within the mathematics classroom. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics. A good understanding of the secondary mathematics curriculum and effective teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students. A passion for making mathematics accessible and enjoyable for all learners.
