Head of Drama – Prestigious Grammar School Location: Christchurch, Dorset Start Date: Easter 2025 About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Head of Drama to join one of the most prestigious grammar schools in the area. As the Head of Drama, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the department, inspiring the next generation of performers, and fostering a love for theatre and the performing arts. Organise and direct exceptional school productions and performances, giving students opportunities to showcase their talents and build leadership skills. Foster an environment of creative excellence by encouraging students to take part in extracurricular activities such as drama clubs, competitions, and school theatre productions. Collaborate with senior leadership to align the Drama department's objectives with the school’s overall vision and ethos.
