Promote Practical and Experimental Learning: Plan and deliver hands-on experiments and activities that help students connect theory with practice. Work Closely with a Mentor: You will be paired with an experienced mentor who will guide you through your first year of teaching, offering support and professional development. Encourage Student Engagement: Inspire students to explore biological concepts through interactive discussions, experiments, and real-world applications.
