Job description
A large and well-structured secondary school in Derby is looking for a reliable and meticulous Exams Assistant to support the administration of GCSE, A-Level and internal assessments from January 2026 . The Role Working under an experienced Exams Officer, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with exam entry processes and candidate registration Preparing exam rooms, seating plans and resources Handling secure exam materials in line with JCQ regulations Liaising with invigilators and supporting their schedules Providing admin support during mocks and assessment windows Supporting results day processes and post-results services The School The school is calm, well-organised and known for efficient operational systems. The exams and data teams work collaboratively and are highly supportive of new staff.
