Job description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Teacher to join a thriving department in a well-regarded school in Worcester, starting in September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position, and applications are welcome from both experienced Business Teachers and ECTs. The school consistently achieves excellent GCSE and A-Level results, with students who are engaged, motivated, and eager to learn. As a Business Teacher, you will be part of a dedicated and collaborative team with access to excellent resources and facilities. About the Business Department The Business department is a dynamic and successful part of the school, fostering a passion for enterprise, finance, and economics among students. The department offers well-structured courses, engaging learning experiences, and strong industry links to help students prepare for future careers in business. About the Role As a Business Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Teaching Business across Key Stages 4 and 5 Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to cater to a diverse range of learners Assessing student progress, setting targets, and providing constructive feedback Contributing to curriculum development and resource creation within the Business department Supporting students in their academic and career aspirations, including university and apprenticeship guidance Collaborating with colleagues to enhance learning experiences and maintain high standards Experience and Qualifications Degree in Business or a related field QTS or PGCE Ability to teach Business at KS4 and KS5 Salary The salary for this Business Teacher position will be paid to scale (MPS/UPS).
