The £8,000 TLR is attached to an Academic Responsibility role, which could include: Leading the Chemistry Curriculum Development for KS5. Acting as a Lead Mentor for STEM-focused university admissions and Olympiad entries. Spearheading Interdisciplinary Research Projects across the Science faculty.
