Deliver creative, high-quality lessons in a variety of media, including drawing , painting , printmaking , and digital art . Inspire students to think critically, take pride in their work, and develop their own artistic style. Support student progress through thoughtful assessment , feedback , and individualised support . Contribute to the wider life of the department, including art clubs , exhibitions, and enrichment opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop the curriculum and share best practices for effective teaching. ✅ What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from ECTs who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Art , Fine Art , or Art & Design .
