Music ECT – Thriving Secondary School – Manchester – September Start Location: Manchester Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS We are excited to invite applications from passionate and creative Music ECTs (Early Career Teachers) to join a thriving secondary school in Manchester. Your Role as Music ECT: • Deliver engaging Music lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5. • Teach a broad range of musical skills, including theory, performance, and composition. • Inspire students to explore various musical genres and develop their own unique musical voice. • Lead and participate in extracurricular music activities such as school concerts, choir, and music clubs. • Contribute to the overall musical culture of the school. Who We’re Looking For: • A newly qualified Music Teacher (ECT) or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for Music education. • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic Music department. • Ability to inspire and motivate students with varying musical abilities. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
