SEND Teacher – Inclusive and Supportive School – Swindon – ASAP Start Location: Swindon Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS A compassionate and dedicated SEND Teacher is needed for a well-regarded SEN school in Swindon. Your Role as SEND Teacher: • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to students with a range of learning needs, including autism, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties. • Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to support students in the classroom. • Provide a personalized learning experience that enables students to reach their academic and social potential. • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being. • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students. Who We’re Looking For: • A qualified SEND Teacher with experience working with students with additional needs. • A compassionate and adaptable approach to teaching. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
