Site Manager – Co-Educational School in Lambeth (January Start) Location: Lambeth Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive A thriving mixed secondary school in Lambeth is seeking an experienced and dependable Site Manager to lead their premises team. About the School The school is known for its strong community ethos, excellent facilities and commitment to providing a safe and inspiring learning environment. Role Responsibilities • Oversee site maintenance, security and health & safety compliance • Manage cleaning, caretaking and site staff • Conduct regular inspections and manage contractors • Monitor heating, lighting and alarms • Respond to maintenance issues promptly and ensure safe working practices Requirements • Previous experience in site or facilities management (school experience preferred) • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation • Good communication, organisation and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to issues To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible.
