The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of children aged 3–5. You will assist in delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences that build foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and social-emotional development. You will also support children who require additional help, including those with SEN or EAL, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. This role involves observing, monitoring, and recording children’s progress, as well as contributing to classroom planning and delivering targeted interventions where needed.
