Art Teacher – Creative SEN School – Weston-super-Mare – September Start Location: Weston-super-Mare Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance An inspiring opportunity has arisen for a creative and compassionate Art ECT to join a vibrant SEN school in Weston-super-Mare. This specialist setting supports young people with a variety of learning needs, and the school is widely respected for its inclusive, therapeutic, and creative ethos. Art plays a central role in promoting communication, emotional expression, and wellbeing across the school. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to nurturing each student’s unique strengths and celebrating creative success in all its forms. Why This School? Your curriculum will explore drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art, with a strong emphasis on process, self-expression, and developing fine motor skills. You’ll contribute to school exhibitions and celebrate students’ achievements through displays and showcases. Who Should Apply?
