Are you a highly motivated Year 4 Teacher looking for a challenging and rewarding role in January 2026? This is an excellent opportunity for a Year 4 Teacher who wants to contribute to a vibrant independent school community. Key Details: Year 4 Teacher – Permanent Start Date – January 2026 School Type – Highly regarded independent school in Birmingham Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated KS2 lessons. Assess, track, and report on pupil progress. Promote excellent behaviour and pupil wellbeing. Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment programs. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the high standards of the independent school. About the Independent School: This independent school in Birmingham is known for its outstanding teaching, excellent facilities, and inclusive ethos. The Year 4 Teacher will join a committed team of professionals and work in a setting that encourages creativity, reflective practice, and continuous professional development. The successful candidate will start January 2026, participate in induction from January 2026, and be fully embedded in the school community from the outset.
