Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and efficient School Administrator to join a high-performing and inclusive academy in Slough . This is a full-time role beginning ASAP or January 2026 , offering a supportive office environment and high-quality training. School Administrator required full-time Ofsted Good academy in Slough Join a well-established and welcoming administrative team The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day school operations, managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Experience and Qualifications Experience in school admin or a busy office setting preferred Excellent organisation and communication skills Confident with Microsoft Office and willing to learn school systems Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional approach Legal right to work in the UK School Information This 11–18 academy in Slough is rated Good by Ofsted and known for strong student outcomes, inclusive values, and exceptional pastoral support. With around 1,400 students on roll, the school operates highly efficient administrative systems and values collaboration and professionalism. The school provides regular CPD, strong support from the Business Manager, and modern office resources to ensure staff succeed in their roles.
