Mixed secondary school based in Slough School Business Manager to join a collaborative and high-performing support services team Our Client is seeking a School Business Manager to take a key strategic role within a high-performing secondary school in Slough. The successful candidate will manage school finances, HR procedures, site operations, compliance frameworks and administrative systems , ensuring efficiency across all support functions. School Information This 11–18 Ofsted Outstanding school educates around 1,250 pupils and has a strong reputation for academic progress, consistent behaviour standards and an inclusive pastoral culture. The operations team is well established, benefiting from shared planning, efficient workflows and collaborative support across departments.
