Job description
Location: Brent (Inner London) Status: Outstanding Ofsted Secondary School Start Date: ASAP Start – Permanent, Full-Time The Opportunity A high-achieving school in Brent is looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join their front office team. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and pupils, you will play a crucial role in representing the school’s values. This is an ideal position for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. Core Responsibilities The role involves managing the main switchboard and handling face-to-face enquiries with efficiency and warmth. You will oversee the visitor signing-in process, ensuring that safeguarding protocols are followed at all times. Administrative tasks include managing school mail, assisting with pupil attendance data, and providing general support to the wider administrative faculty. Requirements & Salary Experience in a school office or a high-level customer service role is required. The salary follows the Inner London local government pay scale.
