Job Overview Our client is recruiting for a Technology Teacher to start in September 2025. The school offers a diverse and balanced curriculum, with Technology playing a crucial role in developing students' practical skills and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Technology lessons across KS3 to KS5, inspiring students with a passion for design, innovation, and critical thinking. The School This renowned school is dedicated to providing an exceptional education that extends beyond the classroom. With state-of-the-art facilities, including fully equipped Design & Technology workshops and computer labs, students have access to excellent opportunities to develop their skills in areas such as engineering, product design, electronics, and digital technology. Technology Teacher – Experience and Qualifications A degree in Design & Technology, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE). Proven ability to inspire and engage students in practical, hands-on learning. Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience in teaching Design & Technology, including practical work and theoretical lessons. A commitment to excellence in both teaching and pastoral care. Experience leading or supporting extracurricular activities (e.g., STEM clubs, after-school workshops).
