The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the learning and development of children in reception and nursery classes Assist in delivering structured and play-based learning activities Support children with additional needs to ensure an inclusive classroom Observe, record, and report children’s progress to the class teacher Encourage confidence, independence, and social skills in young learners Prepare classroom resources and assist in day-to-day routines You will also help facilitate outdoor learning, creative play, and school trips, contributing to a safe and stimulating learning environment.
