The Role As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for: Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that challenge and inspire all learners. Maintaining high academic expectations while fostering creativity and independent thinking. Tracking pupil progress through thoughtful assessment and feedback. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom culture built on mutual respect and enthusiasm for learning. Collaborating with colleagues to support curriculum development and co-curricular opportunities. Contributing to the wider life of the school, including clubs, events, and enrichment activities. What the School Is Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (independent or maintained sector). A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective pedagogy. Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills. A warm, professional, and reflective teaching style aligned with the school’s ethos.
