Job description
A good OFSTED-rated primary school in Hillingdon is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately on a full-time basis until July . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and vibrant school environment, assisting in the delivery of high-quality education to children across various year groups. The Role: Full-time Teaching Assistant role, providing support across different year groups and assisting with classroom management. Working closely with the class teacher to support students' learning , including delivering interventions for children who may need additional support. Helping to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and progress. Supporting children with a range of learning needs to ensure they achieve their full potential. Assisting in general classroom duties and providing help with resources, displays, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, particularly in a primary school setting. Passionate about working with children and supporting their academic and personal development. Ability to work effectively with children of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team. A proactive, enthusiastic approach to supporting learning and engaging children in their educational journey.
