Location: Newbury, Berkshire Start Date: September 2025 Salary: MPS – Competitive & in line with experience Are you a Media Studies Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for the ideal school to start your teaching career? Your Responsibilities Plan and deliver exciting Media Studies lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Teach key concepts in film, journalism, digital media, and communication. Encourage students to develop practical media skills, including video editing and production. Work closely with a mentor to refine teaching strategies and best practices. Support extracurricular activities, including film clubs and media projects. Who We Are Looking For A Media Studies graduate with QTS (or working towards it). Passionate about teaching and developing students’ understanding of media and communication. A team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
