Teaching Assistant – Welcoming Primary School – Fulham – ASAP Start Position: Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Fulham Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in Fulham. If you’re dedicated to supporting children’s learning and well-being in a positive, inclusive environment, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across the primary curriculum. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring all students are actively involved in their learning. Support students with additional needs, helping them to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel confident and supported. Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring students follow school rules and expectations. Contribute to the preparation of resources and classroom displays. Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and parents to monitor student progress. Who We’re Looking For: Experience working with primary-aged children (preferred, but not essential). A proactive, caring approach to supporting children’s learning and development. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude. A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s education.
