About the Role A thriving and forward-looking secondary academy in Leicestershire is offering an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher of English to join its successful English department from January 2026. This full-time, permanent position provides an ideal environment to begin your teaching journey — one that values creativity, collaboration and professional growth. You’ll teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to develop your practice and take on additional responsibility as your confidence grows.
