Female PE Teacher - Secondary School - Merton - Inspire and Empower Young Women! About the School is a thriving secondary school in Merton, dedicated to providing a supportive and empowering learning environment for all students. About the Female PE Teacher Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Female PE Teacher to join our dedicated PE department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach PE across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring young women to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle. Responsibilities of the Female PE Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated PE lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their PE lessons. Assess and monitor student progress in PE , providing constructive feedback and support. Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and departmental resources. Promote health and wellbeing through PE and encourage students to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle. Organise and lead extra-curricular sports clubs and activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of PE teaching. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Physical Education or a related field. Experience teaching PE at the secondary level. A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for PE .
