Job description
Attendance Officer – Good Secondary School, Croydon Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale School information: This is an 11 to 18 Good Ofsted Rated Secondary School in Croydon, recognised for its strong pastoral care, inclusive ethos, and commitment to student engagement. The school works closely with families to support attendance, wellbeing, and achievement, ensuring students are fully supported to succeed. The school promotes a positive staff culture where collaboration and student-focused practice are central to daily work. Attendance Team: The attendance team plays a vital role in promoting excellent attendance and punctuality across the school. Working alongside pastoral leaders, safeguarding staff, and external agencies, the team ensures students are supported to attend regularly and barriers to learning are addressed early.
