Your Role as a Year 3 Teacher As our new Year 3 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge our students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help each child achieve their best. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, creating a sense of community and collaboration. Contribute to school-wide initiatives and events, enhancing the overall learning experience for our Year 3 students. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Year 3, with a passion for primary education. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
