The Role As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching pupils in Year 1 or Year 2 , creating a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that encourages engagement, curiosity, and resilience. You will plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across all areas of the curriculum, with particular focus on English, mathematics, and foundation subjects. You will also play a key role in supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development, helping them develop confidence, independence, and interpersonal skills. Close collaboration with teaching assistants, the SENCO, and senior leadership will ensure targeted support for all pupils, including those with additional needs.
