Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Maestro Conductor: Instructing Music across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE), with potential for KS5. Rhythm Keeper: Driving high attainment in instrumental, vocal, and compositional skills, ensuring rigorous and exciting curriculum delivery. Ensemble Director: Running extracurricular music ensembles and supporting the technical and logistical side of school performances and concerts. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Music and QTS. Experience teaching Music to GCSE is essential.
