Are you an experienced site professional ready to take ownership of a busy and high-performing school environment? This could be an excellent opportunity to join an over-subscribed secondary school where standards and presentation are a priority. • Over-subscribed secondary school based in Merton • Site Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the premises • Full-time position | ASAP start Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Site Manager to join a popular and high-achieving secondary school in Merton with an ASAP start. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring the site is safe, secure, compliant, and maintained to a high standard. The successful Site Manager will oversee routine maintenance, health & safety compliance, contractor supervision, site security, and planned works. You will manage site staff where applicable and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support the smooth running of the school. This role would suit an experienced Site Manager or Facilities professional who is confident managing a large, active secondary site and maintaining high operational standards. School Information This over-subscribed secondary school is known for its strong academic results, excellent behaviour, and high expectations. The school has a strong local reputation and values professionalism across all areas of school life. Support staff are highly regarded, and leadership promotes a collaborative and respectful working environment.
