This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily teaching Key Stages 4 and 5. Responsibilities: The successful Sociology Teacher will plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that explore the complexities of social life. You will cover a range of sociological topics, theories, and research methods, encouraging students to critically analyze social structures and inequalities. Preparing students for success in Sociology examinations (GCSE and A-Level) and developing their research and communication skills are key responsibilities for this Sociology Teacher role. Requirements: Applicants must be a qualified Sociology Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Sociology or a closely related field. Proven experience teaching Sociology at the secondary level (Key Stages 4 and 5) is essential.
