Job description
A welcoming and community-driven school in Harrow is seeking a Reception Teacher to join their early years team from September 2025. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic educator who is eager to make a difference in a child's first years of education. Reception Teacher Role Full-time position Open to ECTs and experienced teachers 1-form entry school Good Ofsted rating Well-resourced classrooms and play areas Starting in September 2025 London MPS1 - UPS3 Salary The School This small yet dynamic school has a strong emphasis on building a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. With strong parental involvement and a dedicated teaching team, the school ensures that every child is given the best possible start in their education. Staff well-being is a priority, with regular professional development and mentorship opportunities available. EYFS Responsibilities Plan and implement lessons that inspire curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to create a structured learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing progress updates and key developmental milestones.
