Job description
Year 1 Teacher - Immediate Start Location: Hammersmith Contract: Full-time, until July 2025 We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join our dynamic primary school in Hammersmith for an immediate start . This full-time position will run until July 2025 , offering you the chance to make an impact with our young learners in a supportive and nurturing environment. About Our School: A friendly and inclusive school committed to creating a positive and stimulating environment for both students and staff. Located in the vibrant area of Hammersmith , with excellent local amenities and transport links. We focus on holistic development , ensuring our students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The Role: Position: Year 1 Teacher Start Date: Immediate (until July 2025) Full-time, responsible for creating an engaging, nurturing classroom environment that supports Year 1 students in reaching their full potential. Teach the core subjects of the Year 1 curriculum , ensuring a balanced, creative, and inclusive approach to learning. Work collaboratively with a passionate team of teachers and support staff to deliver a high-quality educational experience. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 (preferably Year 1). A creative, enthusiastic, and patient approach to teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
