SENCO – Highly Respected SEN School – Bristol – ASAP Start Location: Bristol Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Leadership Scale (Negotiable) An outstanding SEN school in Bristol is looking for an experienced and passionate SENCO to lead their inclusive education strategy. Your Role as SENCO: Lead and develop the SEN provision, ensuring outstanding support for students. Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide tailored education plans. Oversee the EHCP process, ensuring all students receive the support they need. Train and mentor staff on best practices in SEND teaching and inclusion strategies. Monitor and evaluate SEN provision to ensure high standards of student progress and wellbeing. Who We’re Looking For: A qualified SENCO (or teacher with relevant experience working in SEN). Experience in managing EHCPs, interventions, and inclusive teaching strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills. A passion for ensuring every student has access to a high-quality education. Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one). Be part of a progressive and nurturing SEN school in Bristol.
