An excellent school-based Caretaker role… A respected secondary school in London is looking to appoint a proactive and trustworthy Caretaker to join its site team. Job Overview This is a full-time position responsible for day-to-day site maintenance, security, and health and safety compliance. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. The School The school is a well-regarded urban secondary with modern facilities and a strong emphasis on safety and organisation. It serves a diverse student community and is supported by an experienced leadership team. The Caretaker plays a vital role in ensuring the school operates safely and efficiently. Location: London Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive Caretaker – Responsibilities & Experience Site security and key holding Routine maintenance and basic repairs Health & safety and fire safety checks Liaison with external contractors Supporting school events and lettings Previous school or facilities experience advantageous Application Applications are welcomed immediately.
