Job description
Established Secondary School in Oxford with a strong reputation for academic success and student wellbeing. • Full-time PE Teacher (ECT) required from January 2026 • Supportive and inclusive school community • Ideal role for a newly qualified PE Teacher This role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher looking to develop their teaching practice within a well-structured PE department. The school offers a clear ECT framework with regular mentoring and training. Experience and Qualifications • QTS (or pending award) • Ability to teach PE across KS3 and KS4 • Passion for sport, health, and student development • Willingness to contribute to extracurricular sport • Strong organisational and communication skills • Eligibility to work in the UK School Information The school has a strong focus on staff development and provides excellent support for ECTs. The PE department is collaborative and well led.
