You will have the opportunity to shape the learning experiences of our students, ensuring that they make progress in a safe and nurturing environment. Plan and deliver effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners in the Year 4 cohort. Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and setting achievable targets. Support and guide students, building their confidence and independence in their learning. Work closely with other staff members to deliver high-quality lessons and ensure consistency across year groups. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress. Participate in school development initiatives and contribute to team meetings and professional development sessions.
