Speech and Language Therapist | Inclusive Primary School in Westminster Immediate Start | Long-Term Role | Supportive and Collaborative Team Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in children’s communication and learning? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Westminster. You will work closely with children across the school who have a range of speech, language and communication needs, supporting them to develop confidence, independence and essential communication skills for life. The leadership team is highly supportive, offering excellent professional development, access to resources, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced SEN and therapy professionals. Speech and Language Therapist requirements: · Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification (HCPC registration desirable) · Experience working with children in an educational setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) · Knowledge of a range of communication difficulties including speech sound disorders, language delay, ASD and social communication needs · Excellent communication, teamwork and record-keeping skills · Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate individual and group interventions · Passionate about inclusive education and empowering children to reach their full potential The Role As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will: · Deliver targeted therapy sessions for pupils with identified speech, language and communication needs · Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to implement personalised strategies · Support classroom staff to embed communication-friendly approaches · Monitor progress and adapt intervention plans accordingly Application If you’re an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist who wants to make a tangible impact on children’s communication, confidence and learning, we’d love to hear from you.
