ICT Teacher – SEMH School – Hillingdon Role: ICT Teacher Nature: Permanent, Full Time Start: ASAP Salary: MPS-UPS A specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Hillingdon is looking for a dedicated ICT Teacher to join their innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about using technology to engage and inspire students with SEMH needs. You will play a vital role in supporting students’ academic development through the delivery of engaging and tailored ICT lessons in a nurturing and supportive environment. As the ICT Teacher , you will deliver engaging lessons, tailored to meet the needs of students with SEMH, helping them develop key digital skills and fostering a love for technology. You will work closely with other staff to create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive, overcoming barriers to learning and ensuring academic progress. Role Highlights: Permanent, full-time position at a specialist SEMH school in Hillingdon Deliver ICT lessons to secondary school students with SEMH needs, using creative methods to engage them Develop and implement personalized learning plans to support students' individual needs Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to student development and achievement Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and empowered Take part in professional development opportunities to further enhance your teaching skills Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Experience teaching ICT at secondary level , preferably in an SEMH or SEN environment Passion for working with students with SEMH and the ability to differentiate lessons for diverse needs Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to foster a positive and supportive learning environment Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
