Art Teacher – Creative Secondary School – Nottingham (September Start) Location: Nottingham Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS Are you an inspiring Art Teacher looking for a creative environment in which to teach? Join our vibrant secondary school in Nottingham, where we foster creativity, imagination, and artistic excellence. Starting in September, we are looking for an exceptional Art Teacher to inspire our students to express themselves through various mediums. Why This School? Innovative Curriculum: We value creativity and support our Art Teachers in exploring contemporary techniques and diverse artistic expressions. Student Engagement: Students are encouraged to push the boundaries of their creativity under the guidance of passionate Art Teachers. Professional Development: Regular CPD sessions and leadership opportunities for Art Teachers. **Your Role as an Art Teacher: Develop and deliver engaging Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Inspire students to explore different art forms, from painting and sculpture to digital art. Foster a creative and collaborative classroom environment for all Art Teachers and students. Provide constructive feedback to students, guiding them through their artistic development. Participate in school art exhibitions and events that showcase student talent. The Ideal Art Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Art or a related subject. Proven experience teaching Art at the secondary level.
