Job description
Are you a dedicated and passionate Health and Social Care Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a vibrant school environment? We are partnering with a well-regarded secondary school in Smethwick to appoint a talented Health and Social Care Teacher for KS4 and KS5 students. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and contribute to the continued success of the department. About the Health and Social Care Department: The Health and Social Care department is a dynamic team of committed professionals who are passionate about their subject. The department encourages a forward-thinking approach to teaching and values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Teach Health and Social Care to KS4 and KS5 students. Develop engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the needs of all learners. Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents. Contribute to curriculum development and enhance teaching practices within the department. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Health and Social Care or a related field. PGCE or QTS. Experience teaching Health and Social Care at KS4 and KS5 ECTs are welcome to apply. Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary on the MPS/UPS scale (depending on experience).
