Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious English Teacher (ECT) to join a well-regarded Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex. This is a full-time, permanent position starting September 2026 , ideal for an ECT seeking strong guidance and support. The Role As an English Teacher (ECT), you will: Teach English across KS3–KS4 Plan and deliver engaging lessons with departmental support Develop classroom confidence through mentoring and coaching Contribute positively to the wider school community About the School This school is known for its inclusive ethos and commitment to staff development.
