Your Role & Responsibilities ✔️ Supporting Early Years Development – Help children develop through a range of fun and engaging activities tailored to their individual needs. ✔️ Implementing the EYFS Framework – Ensure that the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum is delivered effectively, supporting children’s learning and development. ✔️ Observing and Assessing – Regularly observe and assess children’s progress, keeping accurate records and using this information to tailor learning experiences. ✔️ Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment – Foster a caring, supportive, and safe environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore. ✔️ Collaborating with Team Members – Work closely with fellow practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education, ensuring the nursery is a positive, dynamic place for both staff and children. ✔️ Building Strong Relationships with Parents – Support communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates and engaging them in their child's progress.
