Job description
Mixed secondary school based in Buckingham School Business Manager to join a structured and well-resourced operations team Our Client is seeking a School Business Manager for a reflective and academically focused secondary school in Buckingham. The successful candidate will oversee finance, HR, estates management, compliance and administration , ensuring operational excellence and effective resource management to support teaching and learning. School Information This 11–18 school educates approximately 1,150 pupils and holds an Ofsted Outstanding rating for its academic success, behaviour systems and pastoral care. The business operations team has strong internal systems, shared documentation, moderated processes and excellent professional cooperation. Staff describe the school as calm, purposeful and values-led. Leadership provides supportive oversight, clear communication and ongoing professional development for both teaching and support staff.
